If you are looking for a private space on campus so that you can participate in a telehealth appointment, you can reserve space through https://spaces.northeastern.edu/. In order to ensure access, it is strongly recommended that reservations are placed 24 hours in advance. Spaces book up quickly, so reserving in advance will ensure you have the privacy needed. On the Boston campus, limiting your search to Cullinane and Stearns Halls, will help direct you to the appropriate sites. Generally, the space is busiest from 11am-4pm weekdays. Outside of midterms and finals, when requests for private space increases, most rooms are available from 8am-11am or after 4pm. Open space is always available with no reservation and there are 12 semi-private cubicles located in the basement level of Cullinane.

TIPS

  • Reserve space 24 hours in advance
  • Limit your search to Cullinane and Stearns Halls
  • Try to schedule your telehealth appointment outside of the busy hours of 11am – 4pm weekdays
  • For extra privacy students can request a “do not disturb” sign at the front desk of Cullinane
